Local Care Direct is committed to ensuring that everything we do is fit for purpose. In order to do this, we believe that we must listen to local communities to establish how patient care and experience can be improved.

Become a member of LCD and find your voice to improve healthcare where it’s important to you and your family.

By joining the Local Care Direct membership scheme, you will be able to:

• Have a say on healthcare in your area
• Attend the Annual Meeting and other special members' meetings
• Vote on issues where required
• Receive information about the organisation and other health issues
• Representation on LCD's Advisory Council
• Discounted membership with Fitness First health clubs

How can I sign up?

Becoming a member is easy. To qualify you must be aged  16 or over and be resident in an area where we provide services.

Please see our online application form to join our membership.

Any information you provide on the form will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of providing you with in formation and updates about Local Care Direct. All information will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
