Advanced Nurse Practitioner (RAF: LB2781)
Practice without direct supervision, as an independent primary care nurse/healthcare practitioner within various clinical environments, participating in care of all age ranges and presenting conditions.
Undertake assessment, diagnosis, treatment/referral and discharge of patients with urgent care needs
Shifts Available (average of 29 hours per week):
Monday weekly 18.30-21.59
Wednesday weekly 18.30-21.59
Thursday weekly 18.30-21.59
Friday weekly 18.30-21.59
Saturday weekly 16.00-21.59
Sunday weeks 1,2,&4 10.00-15.59
Sunday weeks 1,2,&4 16.00-21.59
Salary: £24.79 per hour + 30% after 6pm Monday to Friday & all day Saturday, Sunday
Location: Local Care Direct, Calderdale Royal Hospital, Salterhebble, Halifax, HX3 0PW
