The NHS Out of Hours service is currently trying a new service. The change will hopefully reduce the time it takes to respond to you and improve your experience. You received the text message earlier about this new service as NHS111 told us that this new service might help you.
If you would like to try this new service, please complete the online consultation form about the problem you need help with today. The form is a chance for you to tell the clinician everything you feel is important, and it includes a few clinical questions as well. If you complete the consultation form, the clinician will read your information before they call you back.
Please open the link in the text message you received if you do want to complete the form. Please note that it may take you up to 10 minutes to complete the form. But, the completed form might reduce the time spent waiting for the clinician to call you back and save you time on the call.
If you do not want to do the online consultation form, your case priority will stay the same, and we will call you back as soon as possible.
