Safety – we are registered to provide services by the Care Quality Commission and we work hard to deserve this. Click on the link below for details of their latest inspections.

Registration – your assurance that the services we provide our safe and of a high standard.

Excellence – we ensure our people are qualified, competent and trained to do their job and we check this and take action.

Choice – where it is safe to do so, we will give patients choices about their care.

Timeliness – we will ensure you get the care you need when you need it and we’ll try to make this as convenient for you as we can.

Service – providing care isn’t enough, it’s important that you feel cared for. This means treating you with dignity and respect irrespective of your personal circumstances, being friendly, courteous, helpful and keeping our promises.

Openness – occasionally, things do go wrong. We will be transparent in responding to risks, problems and complaints and we will act quickly and decisively to put them right.

The views of service users are important to us and whilst we are delighted when people tell us we’re doing well, we also welcome feedback about complaints and concerns.

In August we handled more than 36,000 episodes of care in our urgent, primary and dental care services. We received 20 complaints which are being fully investigated.

In our most recent patient survey 98.5% of the 130 patients who responded were satisfied with our service. Of these 79% said the service was excellent. Click on the chart below to see how patients rate us against six key attributes.
